Halloween Mega Battle:

After action report of a 24,000 point mega battle:
The killing field was 14 feet (4.2672 m) x 4 feet (1.2192 m).

The following are the Armies doing battle on each side of conflict.

Imperial Side:
3000 points Black Templars
3000 points Space Marines
6000 points Imperial Guard

Other side
3200 points Tyranids (me)
3000 points Orks
5000 points Imperial Guard Traitor Legion - One Wolfhound Titan

My Nids commanded a 4 foot (1.2192m) Corner of the World. However the Imperial side was so scared of my Barbed Hierodule that they placed almost half of their forces on that end of the battle field, to kill it first.

After 4 turns I was down to one Warrior and 20 Gaunts. However the remaining 6000 points of the imperial side was being wiped from the face of the battle field by the Orks and the Traitor Legion. In the end the Imperial side did not capature their target, which was in the middle of our deployment zone.
