Update:

Kirby Perkins is working to restore the historically significant property known as Carter’s Grove Plantation in Williamsburg, Virginia. Built between 1750 and 1755 and set on over 200 acres overlooking the James River, Carter’s Grove Plantation is perhaps the country’s most significant example of Georgian architecture having survived both the Revolutionary War and the Civil War.  Kirby Perkins is working closely with the Virginia Department of Historical Resources, the Colonial Williamsburg Foundation and other partners in preservation to complete the project which includes a full historic restoration on the mansion and stables.

2024 Update, I have heard that these may not be standing any more!
